1.2 The purpose of this regulation is to promote a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

Article 2: Membership
2.1 Members must register on our discord.
2.2 Membership may be revoked for violation of rules or inappropriate behavior.

Article 3: Code of Conduct
3.1 Members must behave according to the prevailing standards of decency and respect.
3.2 Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language is not allowed in chat, forums, or other communication channels.

Article 4: Racing Behavior
4.1 Fair play and sportsmanship are expected during races and events.
4.2 Deliberately hindering other participants is strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Technical Guidelines
5.1 Members must follow the applicable technical specifications and rules when participating in races.
5.2 The use of cheat software or manipulation of game files is strictly prohibited.

Article 6: Events
6.1 Registrations for events must be timely and accurate.
6.2 Absence without a valid reason from an event may result in sanctions.

Article 7: Disputes
7.1 Disputes will be submitted to the website administrators.
7.2 Decisions of the administrators are binding and final.

Article 8: Changes
8.1 Administrators reserve the right to amend these house rules at any time.
8.2 Members will be informed of changes through the website or email.
These house rules come into effect from january 2024 and are binding for all members and users of the simrace website or our discord.
